I don't know if I ever told you about Zappos.com. It's the kind of web-only business that you love because they just are great at everything! Anyway, Tony at Zappos posted on Twitter to announce thier B2B website and I think that this website is another way to "WOW" the customer while reaching the businesses. Another way to make the word of mouth work for them.
